Room with a View is a fully
self-contained cottage attached to the main house. We are located high on a
ridge adjacent to Bodega Ridge Park Reserve. This 360 acre scenic park has walking & bike trails and
has a marvelous panoramic lookout at 960 ft. showing Provost Island to the south, Wallace &
Saltspring Island to the west, Cooper Island to the north with Vancouver in the background. We are also
within a 5 minute drive to some of the quietest and most secluded beaches on the island.

and a wrap around bar counter for relaxed dining. The livingroom with hardwood
floors includes a colour T.V., VCR, swivel rocker and oriental style area rug.
The comfortable bedroom is well lit and features hardwood floors, pine wardrobe, posterpidic mattress
with bed heaters and a cozy reading nook.
Large & bright the bathroom highlights ceramic tiles,
a pine ceiling & skylight, and has both shower - tub and is fully appointed - hairdryer,
complimentary shampoo, conditioner & soap.

quiet reading/office nook is situated behind the kitchen. Between April 1st and June 1st, we are a destination point for migrating Rufus &
Anna's Hummingbirds. These birds reach numbers of 50 or more during the peak time of may 1st to June 1st. Tree frogs also make their
home in any moist areas around the house.
