Whereas, Cedar Place is a provider of Internet Services, including Web Design, Promotion, and Web Hosting.

Whereas, the parties acknowledge that the Internet is neither owned nor controlled by any one entity; therefore Cedar Place can make no guarantee that any given Internet user shall be able to access Cedar Places's network(s) at any given time, nor does Cedar Place make any explicit or implied service performance guarantees. Cedar Place represents that it shall make good faith effort to ensure that its servers and network are available as widely as possible and with as little service interruption as possible.

Use of a service provided by Cedar Place constitutes an understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

• Cedar Place reserves the right to modify these policies and operating rules at any time.
• Cedar Place reserves the right to revise or discontinue any or all pricing options, special discounts, or any other aspect of the service at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
• E-mail accounts may not be used for "spamming"
• Unmetered bandwidth* for normal use of transmission, Cedar Place has the right to charge extra where over use exists.
• No Cedar Place account may be used in the willful transmission, reception, or storage of illegal materials. This includes, but is not limited to, materials that are protected by copyright or trade secret laws, child pornography, etc
• Publicly accessible files in a customer's account(s) may not contain any materials that Cedar Place deems inappropriate. This includes, but is not limited to, nudity, sexually explicit materials, hate literature, copyright violations, advertising for competitor's services, etc.
• An account may not house web pages for any other person or organization other than the person or organization who owns the account. This includes, but is not limited to CGI scripts and images.
• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their overall disk usage is within the bounds associated with their account.
• A customer who maintains their own site is responsible for maintaining backup copies of anything stored in their Cedar Place account.
• Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied. No advice or information given by Cedar Place or its employees shall create a warranty.
• Under no circumstances shall Cedar Place be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special punitive, or consequential damages that result in any way from the customer's use of inability to use the service, or any part thereof, or the customer's reliance on or use of information services or merchandise provided on or through the service, or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files, errors, defect, delays in operation, or transmission, or any failure of performance.
• Cedar Place reserves the right to send its customers periodic e-mail messages outlining new services, features, prices, etc.
• Services and pricing are subject to change without notice.
• Cedar Place makes no representations regarding other web sites accessed through this one.
• FTP clients and resellers are required to have a good working knowledge of Internet languages, protocols, and software. The Client agrees that he or she has the necessary knowledge to create and maintain their own web site. The Client agrees that it is the not the responsibility of Cedar Place to provide this knowledge.
• The Client certifies that he or she is at least 18 years of age.
