Enjoy a relaxed cruise through the Gulf Islands of British Columbia aboard the "Sporades", an authentic 37' powered fishing boat. Captained by a certified skipper, Nick Stamatiou, Sporades is insured and equipped for your comfort and safety. At Montague Harbour you will set sail for an exciting tour of the southern Gulf Islands. The wildlife will enchant you: cormorants, bald eagles, seals, sea lions, otters and possibly killer whales, can be seen as you sail throughout the islands. Captain Nick will share tales of local history and wildlife environment that will amaze and amuse you.

Tour Prices: $390. for a 3 hour tour, up to 10 people, for fishing, jigging cod and sightseeing tours. Extra hours $130. per hour. We provide fishing gear at no extra charge. (There will be a charge for loss of equipment.)

We will be very happy to customize your tour for your special event, depending on weather and tidal conditions.

Salt Spring Saturday Public Market

  • departs Montague Harbour at 11:00 am, return 3:00 pm
  • enjoy the atmosphere of the outdoor market
  • visit quaint shops, restaurants and pubs
  • enjoy art displays and craft shops
  • groups or individuals - $ 30. per person/return

Small Weddings
Sporades can also accommodate smalls, up to 9 persons. Imagine a quiet secluded bay, and enjoying a celebration touring the islands. Please call for prices.



Remember to wear weather conscious clothing and footwear during your trip and don't forget to bring your binoculars, camera and fishing license! Your skipper will assist you should you need accommodations among the Gulf Islands, as there is a wide range of possibilities to choose from.
