Main House 2 nights minimum 2 bedrooms, sleeps 4 Full bathroom. Mudroom with washer & dryer. Livingroom, dining area and kitchen with walk in pantry. Covered wrap around porch.	$ 135.00 /night $ 500.00 /week	$ 155.00 /night $ 675.00 /week	$ 995.00 /week
Annex (only rented with Main House) 2 nights minimum One large bedroom, sleeps 3. 2 piece bathroom	$ 35.00 /night $ 95.00 /week ( Check In and Check Out times are more flexible during Low Season. )	$ 45.00 /night $135.00 /week ( Check In and Check Out times are more flexible during the Shoulder Season. )	$ 195.00 /week

DETAILS
Payment	Cheque, traveler's cheques. ATM, no bank on island. The owner is not on Galiano when you are there so all payments are made in advance by post dated cheques.
Deposit	A 50 % deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Deposits may be used in future bookings.
American Travelers	We honour the exchange rate posted by BC Ferries.
Cancellation Policy	Summer and Shoulder Season: Full refund of your deposit if cancellation is made 45 days prior to your arrival. 50 % of the deposit is forfeited if the cancellation is made less than 45 days prior to your arrival. All of the cost is forfeited if cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to your arrival. Low season: Full refund of your deposit if cancellation is made 30 days prior to your arrival. 50 % of the deposit is forfeited if the cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to your arrival. All of the cost is forfeited if cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to your arrival.
Children	Are very welcome.
Pets	Well behaved dogs and pets are welcome in the Annex and Mud room. No dogs are allowed inside the Main House except for the Mud room (due to precious Arbutus wood floors). Please advise owner of the pets you are bringing.
Smoking	Outside and on the porch.

AMENITIES

Feather and wool duvets, cotton linens and towels as well as detergents and soaps.
Well equipped kitchen with espresso machine, toaster etc.
Washer/dryer, "side by side" freezer and fridge, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove.
Electric baseboards and a fireplace/wood-stove with plenty of fire wood.
Phone, fax machine and an excellent stereo.
Lots of board and lawn games.
Propane BBQ on the porch & a hammock in the garden.
Several bicycles classified as "island beaters". Use at your own risk!
